This workshop is an opportunity to delve deeper into the flow state and connect with yourself on a deeper level to allow art to be created from your movement. We will be working on some cool snappy martial arts moves and flowy weaves that we can add to our overall movement flow. Although we will be learning lots of cool new things and exploring different movement pathways, the most important aspect of the class is to have fun!
